## Processing & Handling

**Q: When do you process orders?**
A: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

**Q: What is your daily cut-off time?**
A: Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the same business day. Orders after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

**Q: How long does processing take?**
A: Typically 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days – we will email you if this happens.

## Delivery & Transit

**Q: How long does delivery take after shipping?**
A: Transit time is 7–15 business days. Total from order to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days.

**Q: What can cause delivery delays?**
A: Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for these delays.

## Shipping Costs & Carriers

**Q: How much does shipping cost?**
A: Free for all orders within the United States.

**Q: Which carriers do you use?**
A: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We choose the carrier based on your address and package weight.

## Tracking

**Q: Will I get a tracking number?**
A: Yes – we will email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours.

**Q: What if my tracking doesn't update?**
A: Contact us at support@myofficeproducts.shop after 48 hours.

## Address Issues

**Q: What if I entered the wrong address?**
A: Email us immediately at support@myofficeproducts.shop. If the package has not shipped, we will correct it. If it is returned to us, you will need to pay for reshipment.

## Lost or Stolen Packages

**Q: What if my package says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?**
A: First, check with neighbors or your building manager. Then contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

## Damaged Items

**Q: What if my order arrives damaged?**
A: Please:
- Keep all packaging and the damaged item
- Take clear photos
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@myofficeproducts.shop with your order number and photos
We will provide a replacement or refund.

## International Orders

**Q: Do you ship internationally?**
A: We primarily ship within the US. If international shipping is offered at checkout, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.
